Excerpt from Chapter 1 of “The Make It Happen Man” by Dean Storer:
We are going to begin this coaching session with some personal reflection. Be honest with yourself. Only be aware of these beliefs on your list. Try to state them without emotion or attachment. Treat each one as only information. The KEY to this exercise working as a foundation for your stepping stones is to REMEMBER that this is ONLY to help you to become more aware of your beliefs as a basis for change.
1. Make a list of beliefs you hold about yourself.
2. Go back over the list. Think about where those beliefs may have come from, and make a note reflecting the source next to each item on your list.
